At RaidTheCloset, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Returns
- Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- Exceptions: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Process: Please return your order to Shirtshack, Unit F, 83 Lynch Lane, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 4EA - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@raidthecloset.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Ship the items back to us using the return address provided after contacting us. Please include a copy of your order confirmation.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
